Hi, I'm Dr. Mario Alvarado. I was born and raised in the East Bay and am proud to serve the Antioch community through Better Bone Chiropractic.

My goal is simple: help people move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things they enjoy. Whether you're dealing with back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries, or everyday aches and stiffness, I strive to provide personalized chiropractic care focused on your goals.

I earned my Associate's Degree from Diablo Valley College, my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University, and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West.

At Better Bone Chiropractic, I believe every patient deserves to be heard, understood, and treated as an individual. My approach focuses on thorough evaluation, personalized care, and helping patients achieve long-term results.

As a bilingual chiropractor, I'm proud to serve both English and Spanish-speaking patients throughout Antioch and the surrounding East Bay communities.

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family and friends, exploring the Bay Area, and continuing to learn ways to better serve my patients.
